The natural palette of materials, steel, brick, and glass were all detailed to express the craftsmanship of their construction. Like the quality grains, hops, and water used in the brewing process, these fundamental building materials were the ingredients used to shape the experience throughout the building.
The main dining room is anchored by two monumental wood-burning fireplaces; fire is an important element for the restaurant. The open restaurant and kitchen allow guests to watch the cooking operations, while chefs interact with the dining area.
